Hawa KASSOGUÉ holds a Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in accounting assistant and bank employee obtained in 2014 at the Secondary Vocational Education Institute of Ségou (ISEP), and a Second Part Technician Certificate (BT2) in accounting obtained in 2016 at the Secondary Institute of Technical, Industrial, and Commercial Education (ISETIC) in Ségou.

After her studies, she completed several internships and training in accounting between 2017 and 2018 before occupying the position of focal point of the Accountable Local Governance Program (PGLR) in Pelengana with the NGO ALPHALOG from 2019 to 2021.

Since June 2022, she has been a cashier at the Maaya Fund.
