Gaoussou Yah TOURE is a Malian cultural administrator, graduated from the 17th class of Senghor University in Alexandria in Egypt, Master 2 in Cultural Business Management.

Holder of a degree in Modern Literature at the University of Letters and Human Sciences of Bamako (ULSHB) in 2013, Gaoussou also participated in several training courses in Mali and abroad where he obtained several certificates in “Cultural Administration » at the ART Africa Consulting Group in Togo in 2016, in “Cultural Entrepreneurship” at the Kôrè Institute of Arts and Métiers (IKAM) in Mali in 2017 and in “Financing cultural projects” at the International Theater Institute (ITI) in Burkina Faso in 2018.

In addition to his diplomas and certificates, Mr. TOURÉ also participated in several national, sub-regional and international cultural meetings and events between 2014 and 2019 where he was a beneficiary of the Culture Stays Program of the Maison des Cultures du Monde / Ministry French Culture in 2017.
